I was actually waiting for this question bc I like talking about it :D

I may be going by comics canon and cinematic universe doesn’t go into it but Asgardian bone and muscle mass is way denser than humans! *EDIT* LOL and if Asgardians are that dense, Jotun are the same if not moreso, but Loki is smol... Therefore even so:

We can tell this is likely true even in the movies when Jane tries to move Thor out from under the falling alien ship at the end of Thor 2 but she can barely drag him. She’s not that weak, Thor is just heavy as fuck. 

Also Thor knocks down several guards just by throwing Loki at them in Ragnarok ~
