But I'm not gonna lie, the thought of Jiang Cheng actually confessing to Wei Wuxian is amazing.

Wei Wuxian doesn't believe him at first, tells him that he wouldn't do that and trusting him so damn much and telling him to stop joking around because it's not funny and it breaks Jiang Cheng. Wei Wuxian slowly putting the pieces together in his mind but still being in denial. Jiang Cheng crying as he confesses what he's done and Wei Wuxian shaking his head and trying to cover his ears to block it out until he can't take it and runs.

Returns to the Cloud Recesses and breaks down the second he sees his husband. Tells Lan Wangji everything Jiang Cheng confessed and begs for forgiveness.
