What's the point in having US dubs and UK dubs is both of the dubs are in English-

Sodor is off the coast of the UK, and most of the characters are English, why have a version where they have American accents-

One thing I do notice is that most of the US voices are a deeper pitch(which I prefer because I just like deeper voices).

I talk about this because I'm watch the US dub of Day Of The Diesels to hear the difference between the voices, specifically D10 because I don't like his UK voice, too high pitched, so I'm gonna see if his US voice is any different.

But with that, why is Henry's US voice higher pitched than his UK voice, the deeper voice works better for him.
