Dan the Man made ricotta cheese recently. So we got to try his white pizza with ricotta and basil and it was OFF THE HINGES delicious! Slam dunk, and then we enjoyed a Montecristo with a glass of Bulleit Bourbon. Mrs S had some badassery over the past week. She totally deserves a night out and we are in full SHENANIGANS mode!
