I can’t quite put the words together because it’s hard to lose a brother. As for @lamarjr.luther we’ve known each other since @bemhsaa and been ROLLING HARD since college at @georgiastateuniversity. He was truly one of the best friends and brother a man could have. I have a life full of great memories to lean on but it’s nothing like having that smile and laugh around. Many of us know and loved Luther from Mays High School class of 86, making the 6 hour drive up to tailgate to support his home team and heading back to work in Baton Rouge or as a policeman for many years with APD and City of South Fulton. There was actually a moment when he was called on by then Mayor Bill Edwards to be the City South Fulton’s first police chief but the council didn’t want to grant the Mayors wish which prompted the move to Baton Rouge to be Assistant Police Chief at Baton Rouge Community College. Luther was a member of #kappaalphapsi, an adjunct professor at Ashford University in addition to running a business with the love of his life Stacy. I love and will miss you bro. 💔 My deepest condolences to his wife, mom, sons daughter and family.
