no problem whatsoever, sweetheart! we actually saved the URL once upon a time because we were going to make little macro things of reasons why Dean is a Hufflepuff and reblog Hufflepuff!Dean metas and Hogwarts AUs with Hufflepuff!Dean and for a while, she was plotting out a fusion crossover thing where Dean was Cedric, Sam was Harry (but in Slytherin with Meg and Brady as his Ron and Hermione respectively, and god John was such a douche about how neither of his sons was in Gryffindor like he and Mary had been but John was also just a douche in general so), Cas was Viktor, and Bela was Fleur, and Deandric Diggorychester survived the graveyard scene in Goblet of Fire somehow (I forget the details of that part, let's just chalk it up to magic)…

and then he and Cas did the thing where they were in a relationship now, and Dean and Cas helped the Silver Trio fight Voldemortzazel in Deathly Hallows by which I mean that they came with on the Horcrux hunt and occasionally made the kids sit outside while they fucked in a tent, and it was really immaculately plotted and stuff and it was probably going to be on the blog too… but then the SPN fandom got really bad for her mental health and she lost the desire to do any writing with her SPN projects and the Hufflepuff!Dean blog never actually happened because she and I both have the attention span of a magpie in a room full of shiny things and we completely forgot to actually do anything with it or for it, and… yeah. Neither of us is using the URL and it's a really good URL so somebody really should use it, and… she usually gets on AIM in the next hour, hour-and-a-half or so, so after I talk to her about giving you the URL, I'll let you know what's up. but I really don't see her having any problems with giving you the thing, so… it's mostly just waiting to ask because that's fair and respectful and polite and stuff. ♥

ahhh that would be why I don't know the reference. I tried to read the ASOIAF books once and… I just couldn't get into them at all. like, there's one thing to be said for moral relativism and realistic psychology and stuff in a fantasy setting instead of everyone fitting into morally dichotomous boxes of incorruptibly pure purity and irredeemably evil evilness or whatever… but then there's an entirely different thing to be said for a world where it seems like absolutely everyone is a bastard-coated bastard with bastard filling and barely any redeemable qualities whatsoever. also, I found GRRM's prose pretentious and off-putting, and my desire to watch the show… basically doesn't exist because eh, I don't want to have to deal with the characters being like, bastard and slightly less of a bastard. :/ *shrugs*
