Check out these thick cut russet potato french fries! I preheated the @lodgecastiron Cook-It-All then added the cold oil and potatoes at the same time. Cold frying them allows the fry to heat up at the same time as the oil so they become crispy! I had the @kamadojoe wife open and running around 500. The oil itself was closer to 315 because of the amount of potatoes! They turned out perfect.
