@txwhiskey glazed thick cut pork chops served with creamy mashed red potatoes and steamed broccoli & cauliflower. Delicious! The glaze is made from brown sugar, minced garlic, ketchup, molasses, honey, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. The pork was seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Gospel prior to grilling. I used some @grillgrates for perfect sear marks, but forgot to take pics.
