Wild Card -Below Waist (so since wild card is free choice, it’s all yours!)
Mana scowled, unable to do anything with her hands tied up, back pressed against the cave walls. “Don’t push your luck!”
//And since below the waist can be anywhere… XD//
✰ (Thiefkingakefia)
Mana dashed through the cave, finding herself in the same portion over and over again. How was she running in circles when all she did was run straight ahead? Or was she running straight? In the darkness, everything seemed to blur together in a panic.
She wasn’t even sure what she was running from, only that she was trying to get away from someone. Someone that seemed to always be one step behind her, playing a game much like a cat does before pouncing on a mouse.
Was that light just ahead? The exit! Finding speed she hadn’t realized she had, Mana raced ahead, coming to a complete stop in horror when she realized she was right back where she started.
"Did you think I’d let you get away so easily?"
The question had her turning again, running away once more, only to find herself returning to the same spot over and over again. Each time she found herself in the light, she found herself weighed down, making it harder to move until finally, she was just ready to give up… to give in….

Sitting up straight, hands tied behind her back against the cave wall, Mana looked for her captor, heart racing in her chest. If no one came for her, would he keep her there forever? Kill her? Or would he make it a game, one rigged for him to win, like in that nightmare?
Biting back a wave of fear the thought gave her, she struggled against the bindings with a stubborn frown. She would not give up, not while there was still a chance to escape!
The Prisoner (thiefkingakefia AU)
Atem could hear the commotion from his rooms, which were located as far back in the palace as possible. He wasn't a fan of noise. So he chose the rooms near the great library where not many ventured to have a bit of peace. So when there was a resounding din barreling down the halls, Atem put down the scroll he was reading with a little growl and swept out of his room and down the hall to inquire as to what in the holy name of Ra was going on.
A guard informed him the he had finally been caught. Anyone who was living and breathing knew whom the he was alluding to. The Thief King. Oh he had been a bane in his father's existence for quite sometime. Pillaging and plundering all of the city. His father would be pleased.
He ran into Mahaad who smiled broadly. It had been his first run as Atem's father's adviser and he was as proud as a peacock. Atem flicked his nose and snorted telling him his head would get too big for his headdress with an ego like that.
Then he caught a glimpse of him. His eyes were wild, his hair in disarray. A red robe hung on his shoulder and his wrists and legs were shackled. Atem's breath caught as the prisoner lunged at one of the guards. His khepesh was out and at the thief's neck before anyone could move. Two steps had him against the wall.
Atem's eyes met the thief's only inches away. "You're lucky my father has called for you to be delivered alive." He growled releasing him. He looked to the guards with cold eyes. "Take him to the dungeon. If he decides to be so bold again. Kill him, I am sure I can explain that to my father if needed.
The guards bowed in acquiescence, and drug the man away, and Atem returned to his duties.

Mana stretched comfortably, pleased to be out of the palace, even though she’d had to sneak out of the place to do so. No lessons, no politics, just a basket of treats and a scroll she’d been dying to read.
Relaxed in the shade, she curled up, pulling out a honey roll and taking a quick bite. No one ever really came this way, so her guard was down as she started humming quietly to herself. Mana wasn’t expecting anything to come and bother her, except perhaps a few pesky bugs, so without looking around for a threat, she was completely immersed in her scroll, not even sparing a glance up once.
