Instructions: Warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Wait five minutes and stir it until it foams up. Mix salt and King Arthur Flour in a bigger bowl. Add the olive oil and yeast mixture to the flour mix. Mix it together until a dough forms. For about 5 minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and springy. Take the lid off the dough and let it sit for half an hour to an hour. Set your oven to 260F 500C before you start. If you have a pizza stone, put it in the oven while it's getting hot. On a floured surface or a piece of parchment paper dusted with cornmeal, roll out the dough as thin as you can. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone that has already been heated. The crust should be golden and crispy after 5 to 7 minutes in the oven. Take the crust out of the oven and put on your favorite pizza toppings. Take the pizza back out of the oven and bake it for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until the toppings are hot and bubbly. Cut your delicious ultra-thin pizza into slices, serve it, and enjoy!
