On this episode of #flyconstv we have #newyorkstripsteak and #sweetpotatofries . The steak is seasoned with two different salts #himalayansalt and #blacktruffle and other seasonings and then seared to a medium rare. The sweet potato fries are cooked in harissa oil which has a slight more heat kick to then chipotle oil. The heat comes after a few seconds doesnt last long and its not over powering in heat. On this episode of #FLYCONST.V we have cottage cheese infused fried fish nuggets. With this dish I used Alaskan salmon as well as santa Monica fish to create the nuggets. I used fresh herbs a d fresh squeezed lemon a d lime in the mixture for the cottage cheese and slight enhances cedar with a shot of moonshine. The texture of the cottage cheese with slightly thick,and creamy which combined well with the fish and then fried. Perfect lemon. On this episode of #FLYCONST.V (golden fishy) were frying some fish. A few people asked if I could make some fried fish because the last place they went to said it was soggy and no flavor now what kind of food is that. So to make them love fish again I made some plus I love seeing people happy when enjoying there food. With this dish I used a lemon oil to make sure a subtle flavor was encrusted in the fish. I had the fish shipped from santa Monica to make sure had the purest and fresh product out there. I did the standard 3 step bath but the difference in my fish is I make sure every ingredients are fresh look at the flour crystal white,crumbs like yellow and see through good freshness not perseverevatives and cage free eggs. Then the frying begins slo and steady baby. The fish came out golden brown and when cut into you can see how white the fish is. On this episode of #FLYCONST.V we have ADULT COCONUT CUPCAKES.These cupcakes are a alternate version of rum cake I mean there so many different flavored alcohols out there by not experiment. I infused the marshmallows with some #stillhousewhiskey coconut and after bakeing light brushed the cakes with some more whiskey. I then set the marshmallows on fore to add a nice smoke lid and carmelized taste. Normal house made iceing with a two tone color profile. It was a beautiful day with some nice weather,good,vibes,food,and activities and because it was such a beautiful day had to bring out the big smoker for some good old #bbqporn. I slow smoked some steaks as well as house made brats. I used spicy apple soaked wood as well as a fruit punch soaked wood to have two flavors combine with intense flavor.
