Been struggling with mental health for a little while now. After countless melt downs, a few therapy sessions and a few of my own little exposure therapies I'm starting to feel a little more human! So for the people who are struggling with their own mind, it might be hard to get out of your own head sometimes but make sure to take some time for you! Go for a walk, eat as much cake as you want, binge watch show after show (but do try to get some sunlight!) just know that it might seem hard, but with some good support and the want and need to get better, it does. It really does get better ❤️
