so i just thought of something regarding management change that some of you may find interesting:
i was puzzled about the presence of Modest! on the new release for That Moment, as that seems to point towards them still being there... however Modest! would have owned the rights to Our Moment, right? Doesn't that mean that the "signature blend" would still belong to them, as well as any slight remixes they chose to make in the time being? I think that Modest! really may be gone now, but has capitalized on the last final things - a few vault videos, a remix of the perfume (which cleverly bleeds into the time when new management takes over) selling the book rights to Harper Collins (in January, but still), and possibly (though this could be new management) ordering a new set of merchandise with the "new" (but really, not new at all) shoot from Japan, which they could get royalties from if they played their cards right. Seeing as we are now right around the point where the transition agreement would be ending or would have ended (supposing, of course, that that theory is accurate), I would be surprised to see Modest!'s name on anything new from this point henceforth, aside from tour related stuff which was still technically arranged by them.
Does this make sense? I'm tagging a few people who may find it interesting or have added insight :)
