Habit List
Like many people I try to develop good habits and not pick up bad ones. Or do things that help me remove bad habits. I make sure that I do these things that I want to become a habit every day. If my schedule permits, I try to do them as close to the same time as possible. This is how I condition my mind and body to want, and hopefully need to do these things.
I was looking at a lot of "to do" applications but could not find one that allowed me to create recurring to do's or templates that refreshed every day. Then I stumbled upon Habit List. Habit List does exactly what I wanted. It allows me to create a list of things that I want to do every day or any custom schedule, cross off the items I've performed, and keep track of everything so that I can pat myself on the back for staying on track or find motivation to do better. There is a built in motivation system that "rewards" you for completing your list items multiple days in a row by giving you a "streak".
Habit List is amazingly simple in design and so easy to use that you will want to think of habits to add to the list. Just make sure they are good ones. (:
