I am truly in awe

And constantly humbled by witnessing the strength of so many who show grace and strength in the face of great adversity.

Why do some people feel big

When they make others feel small.

Don't accelerate too fast

And don't brake too hard. Seems like a decent metaphor for life.

I totally acknowledge that life is hard

And believe without a doubt that we almost always make it harder than it ever had to be.

None of us are any less important

Or any more special, than anyone else.

Just so we are clear

If you choose to be cruel, that is on you.

No one else.

While I appreciate it’s honesty

I am not always a fan of my mirror.

It is hard to imagine anything more beautiful

Than when someone stands up for what is right and good and kind.
