It's Not About What You Make, It's what You Keep That Matters

And my dad always said, it's not about what you make, it's what you keep. And so there's two sides of conversation, make money, save money. But then why not have extra cash sitting there so when we have hard times, when we have recessions, when we have opportunities come up and say look, I actually have cash for that house. I'll pay you.
My father must have bought 50 houses because he had cash and they said my neighbor, my friend, my dad died. I'm moving, what can you do? Hey, you know what? I'll pay you five thousand dollars to move out, I'll take over the lease, sign me the warranty deed and your your problems are gone. And you're going to see that in the next five years. People that bought these expensive houses depending how the real estate goes, you'll have people that are having challenges. You got to be there with the solution and that solution usually involves either creativity or some cash. He bought a lot of houses with no cash at all. You've done that. Yeah, you've got ashes with and and to people that never done, it sounds impossible.
I don't have good credit, I don't have enough cash. What do you mean you get houses for free? What are you talking about? Well, there's houses all the time people get rid of. People die, people don't do with it. They got to fly into Canton Ohio and now they got this house. They don't want, please take it off my hands. That's the whole sort of real estate you know, ecosystem of these investors and flippers. And they're looking for probates and there's a whole market there if you're willing to study and learn it.
