चुनाव से पहले से ही मोदी की कुर्सी  खतरे में   दिख रही है ! इधर राज ठाकरे ने अपने  भाषण में मोदी मुक्त  नारा देकर बीजेपी के खिलाफ विरोद प्रकट किआ है ! अगले साल होने वाले लोकसभा चुनाव में विपक्षी दलों को एकजुट कर एनडीए को टक्कर देने की कांग्रेस की कोशिशों के बीच एक नया मोर्चा उभरता नजर आ रहा है। कोलकाता में तेलंगाना के सीएम के. चंद्रशेखर राव और पश्चिम बंगाल की सीएम ममता बनर्जी की मुलाकात के बाद इसके साफ संकेत दिखे। ममता से मिलने के बाद केसीआर ने कहा कि देश में एक गैरबीजेपी-गैरकांग्रेस फेडरल फ्रंट आकार ले रहा है। ‘थर्ड फ्रंट’ की आहट निश्चित तौर पर कांग्रेस और उसकी सहयोगी अन्य विपक्षी दलों की उन कोशिशों के लिए झटके की तरह है, जो 2019 में एनडीए के खिलाफ विपक्षी दलों के 'महागठबंधन’ के पैरोकार हैं।  सीएम ऑफिस से जुड़े एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि राव कांग्रेस और भाजपा का विकल्प तलाश रहे हैं। इसलिए केंद्र स्तर पर एक समानांतर चलने वाली सरकार होनी चाहिए।  

मालूम हो कि तृणमूल कांग्रेस की प्रमुख ममता ने सबसे पहले राव को तीसरे मोर्चे को समर्थन देने की बात कही थी। वहीं अजीत जोगी और पूर्व झारखंड सीएम हेमंत सोरेन ने भी अपना समर्थन देने की बात कही थी। राव ने 5 मार्च को घोषणा की थी कि वह राजनीतिक मोर्चे की अगुवाई के लिए तैयार हैं।
