Quick update (to whom it may concern)

I've been really quiet lately about my writing, mostly because I am making the transition into college life. It has been a while since I have written anything, but I thought that it would be disrespectful of me if I didn't update you guys on what's going on in Writer World. First off, the beginning of PZ is getting a major overhaul. That was part of the reason why the website shut down. It will still be written, for now. Of course, I still imagine what it could look like if PZ were drawn. If anyone else shares that dream and is pretty good with drawing, I would love it if you reached out to me. Payment can be arranged. Secondly, Third Ship. We are working on scripts and multiple show ideas. It is VERY unlikely that we will produce it ourselves. The concept currently involves finishing the scripts for at least the first season of MB Hasbro and Postmen, then selling the scripts and our writing talents for future projects, to ANYONE looking for a cool show idea and has either the money or the willingness to arrange something. Anyone who fits the bill or knows someone who does should message me. Thirdly, as far as other writing projects go, I've hit a wall. I have the ideas, but I need the people. As far as these sides go, I want to dissociate from my editor, since I can't drag him around like a dead body for the rest of my life (sorry Adam :P). Other writers are welcome (I like collaborations on these things, since if it wasn't already apparent, I have close to NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING.

NEW: Third Ship Productions "The Pause Button"

So... It's been a while, and I'm getting kind of needy for new people to follow me. What would be cool is if you guys can reblog this, and recommend me to your friends. Because the thing is I would like people to know that I, in fact, exist, and I am a good writer (or at least, that's what I think I am). Otherwise, I'm not sure why I bother to update.

Anyway, now to the fun part: this is an idea I had a while back, and the wheels are beginning to turn. The Pause Button is a Mystery Science Theatre 3000-style show. I get a couple of my friends together, and we watch a number of movies that have something in common (same episode series, same director, same production studio, etc.), and we rank the movies from best to worst, while riffing on them the whole time.

At this point, we have a few episodes planned, but we really want suggestions from fans. That would be a neat idea, if we had fans. So the first few episodes are going to be promoting, and it would be nice if you guys spread the word. Which leads back to the first topic: TELL YOUR FRIENDS. TELL YOUR FAMILY. TELL YOUR ENEMIES THAT IT WILL KILL YOU SLOWLY. WHATEVER IT TAKES.

NEW: Third Ship Productions "Postmen"

It's been a while since I've updated here, so first let me say I have a grand total of 3 followers! YAY! That being said, I would like more, so please reblog or recommend to other people who might be interested in what I have to write. The more, the merrier!

Second order of business is this new project of which the title refers. Adam Thompson (because no Writer post can be complete without mentioning him) came up with the concept of a post-zombie-apocalyptic miniseries where the main characters deliver letters and packages across the East Coast of the US, while also killing every zombie they encounter with extreme prejudice. Right now, the characters need some work, and the plot needs to be filled in like the inside of a crepe (Nutella and banana slices, with a strawberry syrup, but I'm not sure how that fits in with the analogy), but it's well on its way to being a staple of 3SP. If you would like some input on this project, send me your idea in some way, shape, or form that is convenient for you. I will be sure to throw your name in the credits and say to Adam it's all my idea ;)

Also, if there is something you would like to see 3SP work on as a long-term project, send in your idea! We would love to hear what you have to say. At this point, we have MB Hasbro, Postmen, and two other regular shows that are still in the developmental stages, in the vein of Cracked: After Hours and Mystery Science Theatre 3000, respectively. Suggestions there are also appreciated. And we are always looking for talented actors to play parts in these projects. While there may not be many openings in Postmen (still working on that, will let the public know as soon as possible), MB Hasbro needs actors, desperately. Send your information to me, if you're interested.

NEW: Third Ship Productions "MB Hasbro, Game Detective"

I'm pleased to announce that Third Ship is moving forward on writing a new Internet series to be posted on the YouTube channel! The show centers around Detective Chief Inspector Milton Bradley Hasbro, who has just started work for the homicide unit for the police department of Forest Grove, Nevada. With years of experience behind him and ingenuity that bewilders all, he is partnered with Detective Sergeant George Parker, someone who has just as much experience, but certainly less eccentric, as they investigate the toughest of cases. Each episode is themed around a different board game, some more popular than others, but each has some board game inspiration, if it wasn't obvious enough by the names of Hasbro and Parker.

At the moment, we are in the process of writing the first few episodes. And by "we", I am referring to me, myself, and I. My editor will edit them, and our chief of crew will help translate it into a cinematographer-style script. Expect more news about this soon. I will have a lot of free time on my hands after the end of school, so expect more updates, especially on Third Ship projects, including MB Hasbro.
