Dessi is problematic that if you dare her to do something ridiculous, she will do it without thinking it through. 

Sticking her tongue on a metal pole in the dead of winter? Done that. 

Drink a vial of questionable substance? Twice. The first time it was another witcher trying to test out a new potion witch led to some of the worst hangovers in her life. The second, she was paid to do it by a couple of strangers, who she never saw again(it was 50 crowns, so why not?). As far as she knows, it tasted like shit but nothing happened. 

Dared to eat a worm as a child? Fool, she will eat five worms now “bone apple teef my dudes.”

To be on a more serious note of being problematic: Growing up before and during her witcher trials, Dessi has always struggled to be part of “the crowd”. This had led her to do some questionable things and put up with a lot of shit that she had never quite thought of as toxic( Ex. Lucas). She has grown out of a bit of that more recently(Aiden being mentioned in her fic was a great influencer in the matter) and she still does struggle with the need to please those she considers to be in her circle but she is much more careful about it.

i have yet to watch the Witcher, but i just heard Toss a coin... [in both original and polish version] i kind of didn’t believe how bad the song is, but now i get it, it’s bad, oh it’s the worst. Like it has no soul or life, it’s actually kinda sad to listen to :/

You know I completely agree with you. Like obviously one thing is a person’s musical taste, we all like different stuff, but this oh boy I do not like this song. 

I always say how I don’t like/listen to pop music ‘cos usually both the music and lyrics are very shallow and this is it basically, I mean I know it’s fantasy and not historical documentary, but come on! put some medieval notes into it u cowards - let bards be bards!

tho i read books like years ago, but i alway imagined sorcerers as women in mid-30s to mid-40s, like hella beautiful and hot, but also vaguely mature looking, so this almost teen yen is big ugh for me too

I imagined them at the very least in their late twenties, though mostly in their thirties. That’s young enough to be in peak physical form, but old enough to be respected. Voluntarily looking like a teenager for the rest of your life... idk why anyone would want that, lmao. People treating you like a teenager because you look like one would get old fast.
