☕ ░││ ‘’ don’t do this, lorelai, don’t do this to me, to us. ‘’ - ‘’ don’t bale on this, what we have here. we’ve been through too much for this to happen. ‘’ luke pleads, sky blue irises glittering with a small bit of hope. ‘’ we can find a way to fix this .. like all the other issues we’ve had in the past. we can see through them, lorelai .. ‘’ he’s not confident if this is working but, it’s worth a try. it’s worth it if he has a chance to keep lorelai in his life, a chance to keep their little ‘ family ’ together. if it doesn’t work ... he might as well keep trying until it does ( until he can’t try anymore ). he’s not giving up on them anytime soon - he loves them too much to let them go.
‘’ lorelai please ... ‘’ luke’s tone is somewhat quiet, supplicated. he doesn’t want lorelai to leave. sure, they’ve been having a few issues lately, but, issues come && go. like they always do. he needs lorelai to get this through her head. he needs her to understand that. she needs to understand that luke loves her more than anything ( besides rory. ) && he’ll do anything to fix their problems && complications.
