Hi babe, I’m a lot better. I still have niggles of pain but the doctors that I’ve seen believe that a lot of my symptoms are heavily stress related and they’ve told me to be kinder to myself. I’ve taken up meditation and I’m looking forward to reincorporating exercise into my routine. I need to stop putting pressure on myself and not to be afraid to stand up for myself.

I’m still quite fatigued but that’s okay. It’s okay to listen to my body. It’s a struggle for me to try and think that it’s okay to stop and not constantly be doing something but my body has kinda forced me to relearn how to relax again.
