blue checkmark have always been pretty fuckin dumb but at least in the early days it was good to know that the celebrity you were following was the actual person and not some fake account. but if a known figure can lose their checkmark for.....supporting workers? agreeing with something the Rich Twittermen don't like?? they've become completely meaningless
