Such as my favourite memory of Saitama. 

That would be, beating him at jyankenpon.

Saitama-kun has some admirable strength, but he still has a lot to learn.

Mrs. Peachy, those with a weak heart still have a place within the martial arts world! 

You may not have the physical health necessary to use martial arts in a combative or defensive manner, with a weak heart you can participate in martial art forms such as Tai Chi! With Tai Chi, you will learn to make your body flow with the movements, and you will learn to train your mind. 

Of course the forms of my own method, Flowing Water Rock-Smashing Fist, can also be used in solo training for the strengthening of the body and mind!
