Something that is so fucked up about the American Education System, is that my entire sophomore class was brought into the gym to talk about the PSATs (Which I wasn't even told about it until last minute) and we didn't even talk about the PSATs. The principal started us of by saying "We are going to talk about the PSATs. Which if you didn't already know are the practice SATs" then she left. After she left, the assistant principals didn't fucking talk about the PSATs. They talked about rules. Like the entire dress code, no drugs, etc bullshit. Stuff we already know from a previous year. Not to mention, stuff that was drilled into our brains since we were 12. They didn't say what it would be like, or how long it'll be, not even the fucking date. (Thankfully, my friend knew and told me) No. They just told us "We are your parents at school. And when you get dressed, Look in the mirror and think 'What would Mommy and Daddy think of this?'"
