I often only “doodle”, meaning unclean drawings, sketches and mostly lineart, but I do often try to expand my abilities and try new things.. So if you’re interested, welcome to the convoluted world of my random ideas and doodles!

Furry Scar - Making

That’s right folks, this insane individual is planning on MAKING this thing… As a first fursuit!

Base, fur, and patterning:

Tongues and teeth (cranewives reference) and inner ears:

Unfortunately, all these progress pictures are from a little under a year ago, BUT that’s not due to giving up! I’m simply busy with work, and the fur is all stored away in a moving box, so I’ve gotta wait till I’m fully moved out the country. That may be a while, but I really do plan on finishing this thing, he’s been so fun to make and design.

But that’s the last of the progres so far. When I get back to it, I might post regular updates. But for now, have eeny teeny furry Scar!

Furry Scar - Design

A while back, I was really interested in making a fursuit, so.. like a sane person, instead of creating a fursuit for my OWN fursona, I spent a zillion hours designing a Scar fursona :J

I was shuffling through so many references, ideas, practices, which all ended up looking like this, on one fat canvas

After all that, I ended up with this!! Yes unfortunately he has SO many patterns, I chose to torture myself

He’s a maine coon.. Fluffy :3

This time I added elf Scar for my study.. Honestly I’m loving how these are turning out!

I also tried something different, where I tried to combine different references and test myself on my underanding of colour
