Realizing that I syscourse a lot because I have a hard time talking about and opening up about my experiences with my CDD and psychotic(-like) symptoms. Arguing about whether endos are real or if that even matters is emotionally safer than opening up about anything personal at all.
Hmmm.... I wonder why that might be? Could it maybe.... idk.... have something to do with how volatile endo discourse has become? Could it maybe have to do with how antis in the CDD community have a bit of a habit of investigating people and policing how they talk about their experiences? Could it maybe be how plurals struggle to handle and interact with those who have more serious symptoms and issues and often resort to silencing them instead? And that some pf them haven't checked or addressed their history, so I feel like I always have to be on the lookout? Could it be because everyone acts like everything is an invitation to debate? Or to screenshot and post elsewhere to cringe and laugh at?
Who knows. Maybe I'm just "crazy" and "delusional."
