the past few days have been a rollercoaster!!!!!! under the cut since i assume most people don’t care lmao

so friday was my birthday, lots of excitement there. saturday i got my first covid vaccine which was super unexpected - rollout here is chaotic to say the least and i wasn’t expecting it for at least a month or so, but a non-restricted popup was nearby so i went for it

yesterday my roommate got the vaccine, more excitement! then out of nowhere, a major personal crisis for her so the evening was spent dealing with the fallout of that

this morning, roommate gets contacted for a job interview (context, we’re both recent grads from the same program and job hunting in the same field) so i was super stoked for her but sad for me. then this afternoon, a person i had a networking call with on friday emailed my resume/cover letter to their HR folks and i got an interview for tomorrow?? amazing!!!! and then they asked for some samples which i misunderstood and sent wayyy to many and now feel like an idiot.

but also finally had a convo with roommate about what we’ll do after our lease is up in august and she said she’s down to look for another place with me which!! yay!!

its literally been nonstop up and down! the past month or so since finishing classes/exams have passed by in a blur with almost nothing of note happening and then now, all this within a few days. wild times
