My fucking kids, I swear

They can’t have anything normal ffs.  Yesterday my youngest slipped halfway down a mountain and bowed his arm bones.  They’re not broken, but they’re bowed and will need a cast.  (We spent 3 hours in urgent care today and will try to see an actual specialist on Monday.  Meanwhile, he’s got this hilarious bulky splint and sling contraption going on.)  

Also meanwhile, we just got a bill for his 10-lesson package music lessons for $666 (I am laughing so hard, whatever made them pick that particular amount!!!), and it’s his right arm that appears to be incapacitated, and I have no idea how to predict whether or not he can even play piano (or drums) for the next 6 weeks.....

Other kids get flu and broken bones.  Mine get CIDP and pectus carinatum and bowing.  Bless.  (At least we now know that neither of them has Marfan’s.  So there’s something to be thankful for, I guess.)

Okay, so, I have this thing going on where, until the start of next year, I’ll try to post at least one fanfic/fanart/shitpost about megapit every day on either tumblr or AO3.

This was a spur-of-the-moment thing, however. I have no idea if I’ll manage to do it since I have little to no existing content to share, so it might devolve into incomprehensive ramblings about the ship along the way, I honestly have no idea.
