Deans happy because of the changes that Sam’s body goes through when pregnant, his sent gets more sweeter, he’s more sensitive to the touch, his belly getting more rounder as time goes on and so do his tits as they fill up with more milk for the little ones to come

And Sam just loves being pregnant having the joy of caring another life and getting to create more children that his lovey alphas put into him… — and it also means getting to have said alphas tend to his every need, pampering him till the babies are delivered
