HOLY SHIT.
I'm With You || (AU)
((Look at that badass title. If anyone knows what it is, you win a cookie.))
After living in the dorms for a couple months, the redhead had gotten to know what areas of the hallway to avoid stepping on. The floorboards creaked louder than others in some spots, and she was careful to step around them so she wouldn't wake up the rest of her peers. After all, everyone was supposed to be sleeping, and if she got caught, it definitely meant trouble in the morning.
Reaching the end of the dark hall, Kairi made sure to open and close the door as quietly as possible before heading down the stairs quickly. She could feel her heart beat start to get faster as she became more anxious about the situation. It wasn't every day she decided to sneak around, especially around campus at night. But, this happened to be an exception and a risk she was willing to take.
She opened the door at the bottom of the staircase, peaking her head through to look for anyone who could be lurking around. It wouldn't be a surprise if there was a guard, but then again, they seemed to be quite low key which made it a little more difficult to sneak around. Appearing from the shadows out of no where was definitely not cool, and she'd been caught before by accident.
Quickly making her way across the room to the outside door, she took a deep breath and bit her lip, trying to prevent a smile. It felt kinda cool to be doing something that could be considered 'bad' for once. Plus, she was more excited than nervous at this point. Meeting up with people at night was fun and exciting, especially when it was the person she was waiting for.
Opening one final door to the outside, Kairi held it until it closed, finding a spot to stand and wait beside the wall. Throwing hood up over her head, she crossed her arms in front of her chest beginning to shiver from the coldness in the air, and she was suddenly glad that she decided to bring a sweater along.
A small smile played on her lips as she began to trail off in her thoughts.
Alright, where is he...?
