Behold! My first foray into colorwork! I have this really neat sweater saved and Someone™️ said "hey maybe try something less loadbearing first" so Someone™️ got some coasters about it.

It was fun! I used a doodle book my mom had and smashed some designs together as it suggested and kind of want to make my own designs. After all, it's just pixel art.

Used leftover sock yarn from the scraps bucket. My mom could tell you what, but I'm not good at Name That Yarn.

He looks a little too much like Linebeck for my taste, idk what to name him either, but he’s just a guy who sails on his boat. I was trying to decide whether or not I like the white necktie or the red necktie, and then the king mustache for the curly mustache. I think I personally prefer the long mustache cuz the curly one makes him look like the joker 😭 but idk which color the necktie should be 🤷‍♀️ I think I prefer the white one but yeah it’s been fun playing with his character

Guess who just had a job interview?! Granted it was a phone interview but that’s beside the point!

It was an interview and it was for a job and it was mine!

And it’s a job within my field and it pays more than what I was making at my old job before they laid me off! And it comes with health benefits!

Just a heads up, if you’re still using FFN you need to be aware that they turned off email alerts for PMs. I only just discovered this when I manually went to check my inbox and saw a bunch of unread emails. They did this in order to prevent spam messages while they find another way to fix it. But it’s been months now, which is ridiculous and annoying.
