I hope its ok, me asking this. I dont mean to offend you in anyway and Im very sorry if i do. But i saw your post for schizophrenia awareness week and i was wondering if you knew you were hallucinating? I don't know whats wrong with me but I've been seeing/hearing things and I'm terrified. They started every few months, then every few weeks. Now every single minute of every day. Im too scared to tell anyone, i want to get help but i cant leave my house. They wont let me and they're taking over.
I learned I am Bipolar, but i have hallucinations. I haven’t had hallucinations in a while due to new meds. But yeah, I knew. I would hallucinate and it would scare me so much. I suggest MUSIC. MUSIC IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. and also talking to others about this, someone you know will understand, I suggest telling someone not Neurotypical(someone with no mental illnesses) because they have a less likely chance of understanding. But let’s say a friend with depression or something. they could help a bit. I’m also here for you. You are not alone. and just so you know. What your hearing isn’t real. it’s in your head, literally. And just try to stay in reality alright? <3
