So, remember I did a re-wtite and my dad showed it to his co-workers?
It got to his coworker who has a 7 year old son who was learning ukulele, the instrument I was playing for that video.
So, when they had a meeting, dad was like, "Talk to *child's name* first, he wants you to teach him"
So we had a full-blown convo for a few minutes, teaching the kid some 3-finger chords, strumming patterns, etc.
And it was ADORABLE.
And then, a few minutes after the call ended, the mom of that kid texted dad, and was talking abt the convo she had with her son, and he was talking about me.
Turns out, he was like,
"Mama, she's so nice!!! Her teeth are white and she never frowns!! Remember how I'm naughty, diba? She never got mad at me!!!"
LET ME TELL YOU, THAT WAS THE MOST PRECIOUS CONVO I'VE HEARD AND TO THIS DAY, I'M STILL NOT OVER THIS MOMENT
