I love you because ever since I laid eyes on you I wanted you to be mine. You have this fire lit in me that burns brighter than anything I've ever known. You ALWAYS make me laugh, I'm in love with the way we laugh until we cry sometimes, laying with you I feel a sense of peace but at the same time every part of me is going crazy when I lay next to you, my heart beats faster and I feel nervous and safe at the same time, it's hard to explain, unless you feel it too. I love you cuz you're my big strong hero, I know there's nothing you wouldn't do to protect me. I love you because we've grown together, I've literally learned what being in love is through you, I've never felt such strong passionate feelings for anyone...

Better days have come, all is in the past.

Just received news that my ex just got,married and my first thought was not hatred, nor foul words, simply, "I am happy for them, I truly am." Because it takes maturity, a greater mindset, to see the blessings life has. Some things do not work for reasons greater than our own, but it does not mean it was a moment to regret or worth altering. I am happy, content, praying and hope they have a healthy and blessed marriage because marriage is a blessing, and life is full of possibilities and the joining of two is something worth celebrating.
