To be honest, I kinda miss my long hair. But sometimes you've gotta shed old skin to remind you of who you really are. Get rid of the comfort, the familiarity, the same skin and person everyone thinks you are to meet your true, authentic self -- the person looking back at you in the mirror today! I often think of myself as someone who never changes and only grows, but who I was a year ago is not the same person I know today. Things happen.
