A very happy Friday it is. I was waiting to post this until I knew for sure.

Through the month of October I had been silently working on this project and am ready to show it now.

Quite literally, my art has been accepted to the Jones Gallery in Kansas City for the December show!

The first two pieces, “Strength” (rhino beetle in the light) and “Hello, Bee” (flowers in the birdcage with a bee on top), were the ones selected to be in the gallery.

The third, “Stirring” (mouse perspective under the tree) will stay on my wall for my own personal viewing 😍.

I hope you get a chance to come down to the Jones Gallery in December to see my work, and the work of many other great artists that have the opportunity to display their art.

I saw this today when I was showing a home and I had to share it. This home had a Coors Light Can sliding door opener built into the glass. Half of the can is on one side and half on the other side. The Van..... 🙀 We are painting the exterior of the van! This will include repairing some minor but growing rust issues. DIY Day 1: Wash it. Washing this beast at a quarter car wash is not only expensive but it is also labor-intensive and time-consuming. Because of that (or just laziness), I am not proud to say that since we have owned the van (3 years) this is only the second time we have washed. It took us almost 4 hours to wash away the dirt and grime from 18 States....but the memories remain.
