As someone who works in a profesh environment we all use first names for email bc we aren't elitist snobs.

Same, dude, same. I’m not a BNF or anything so its not like I could lead some kind of migration back to DW. But I am less sure about the mass move thing. Because I hear people making podcasts and I see people writing about the “community” they’re writing/drawing in and fandom people seem to have never been more tightly connected. Yet it feels so damn quiet unless you’re actually at a con or in a chat :\
