#Repost @this_is_bodybuilding ・・・ Congratulations once again to the greatest IFBB Fitness Champion of all time, the 3X and reigning Fitness Ms. Olympia and the now 4X Fitness Ms. International @oksanagrishina!!! Oksana ALWAYS looks amazing and is in incredible shape...but I think this was the first major show that she was not only (as always) the clear winner of the Fitness Routine Round, but also the clear winner of the physique/figure round! She knocked it out of the park! While she had some technical difficulties due to oil on the stage that prevented her from doing all she wanted to with the wheel prop she's perfected, she still took the Routine Round. She is not just a phenomenal athlete but also a tremendous artist who makes the audience FEEL her emotions during her routines. She takes us along with her on her journey! And, alas...part of her journey is coming to an end. She has announced that this was in deed her last @arnoldsports as an active competitor. I hope and pray we get to see her perform one last time at the Olympia! With 4 Arnold's she needs 4 Olympia's!! I mean...her mantelpiece needs SYMMETRY!!! Whatever her plans, for me and thousands worldwide, Oksana will forever be the Queen of Fitness. A competitor who is far more important than any number of Championships.
