Drink 32 oz of water before each meal, drink at least 12 oz before bed and after waking
NO SNACKING
If there are leftover calories at the end of the day, don’t eat them, consider it a job well done
All drinks must be under 20 cal and they all count (even black coffee ~ 5cal)
Don’t chew gum or eat anything offered by someone else
Don’t know the calories, don’t eat it
If going out w friends fast whole day
