So close
Just found out bio 1 had signed the permanent care order to give us Buck and bio 2 refused (12 months ago). We had thought both refused. Bio 2 then convinced bio 1 to withdraw consent. It should not have legally been allowed to be withdrawn but that was "overlooked". He was nearly ours. He was closer than we ever knew. Praying there is a plan for this kid that is wonderful beyond our imagination.
