Wednesday recipe ^-^ A healthy butter milk cake in a mug for you all! For 1 mug Ingredients: - 3/8 cup of all-wheat flour - 1/4 tsp of baking powder - 1/2 tsp of cinnamon - 3 tbsp of brown - 1/2 vanilla extract or granulated vanilla - 2 tbsp of unsalted butter - 1/4 cup of soy milk (or any other plant based milk) Directions: - In a bowl, pour all the dry ingredients and mix them together - Then, slowly while mixing, add the milk and the butter - Mix it very well - Pour the mixture into a mug - Bake it in the microwave for about 3 minutes - Enjoy ✴Extra✴ Chocolate Topping Ingredients: - 2 tsp of butter - 2 tsp of cocoa powder Directions: - In a bowl, mix the butter and the cocoa powder together - cover the cake with it I hope you enjoy this recipe.
