Frosch Headcanon
One way to get Cana to snap is to insult, threaten, or hurt Frosch in ANY perceived way, even if the other person did not mean to. If it came down to it she would kill for her baby and not even bat an eye if she's in full on mama bear rage mode, especially if she perceived Frosch's life to be in danger.

"... Are you an Exede?" Natsu had a look of confusion cross his face, but then a thought hit him: what it it actually was an Exede? It wasn't like he didn't have any experience with them, but still... Exedes had once been considered all-powerful beings. The confusion gave way to a brief moment of fear, but for once, the pink-haired man didn't let it get to him.

"SNOW BALL FIGHT!" Frosch screeched, throwing said balls of snow that hit one with a firey sting.
The sting of the snowball smacking into her brought Cana's attention to the small frog cat, hoarding a stash of snowballs.
"I'm gonna get you Frosch!"
Kneeling down Cana began to make her own, tossing them at Frosch, gently enough not to hurt the exceed.
"That's it. End of discussion"

"B-But…" Frosch cried and ran to her room, slamming the door as hard as she could.
With a sigh Cana went over to the door Frosch had just slammed. Letting herself lean against it she tried to reason with the small exceed. "Frosch. We can't get a puppy right now. They're a lot of work, we just don't have the time."

Frosch ran towards Cana, high of a sugar rush that Sting had given her, when she fell. "Damn it!" the pink exceed cursed, the naughty word spilling out of her mouth.
Cana could tell the instant she saw Frosch what had happened, the idiot of a dragon slayer had given the exceed sugar, in large quantities. She watched as Frosch's foot caught in the rug sending her tumbling, Cana was not expecting at all what came out of Frosch's mouth. Instincts kicked in first as she rushed over to help the exceed up.
"Frosch, baby, where did you learn that word?"
