What I want to know... truly know... is why some of the best literature I’ve ever read... is on AO3. I have bookcases filled with... stuff in my apartment, and yet.

That quoted bit... is pure poetry. (the context is, however, gruesome)

Excellent AU series in which everyone is missing one of their senses (sight, hearing, etc.). Incredible worldbuilding. Best viewed on a platform with full embedding and display capabilities due to extensive graphics. Incorporates ASiB, THoB, and TRF with unique and imaginative twists. Warning! 10. Which fic has been the easiest to write?

Hands down A Study in Frustration. It was my very first fic, kind of a mindless oneshot I came up with the idea after a nap and wrote the entire thing in a day. No thought, just how many of my personaly kinks can I throw in a story. I found a beta who set me straight with some mistakes and assumptions I had, explained to me the concept of tagging for dubcon and out it went. So easy! Everything after has been blood from a stone… ;-)

12. Is there an episode above all others that inspires you just a little bit more?

Definitely Reichebach. That’s the episode that launched a thousand fics and the one that made me seek out Sherlock fandom (after much post Bart’s fall weeping).

15. If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose?

Okay, I kind of got lost in my head there for a moment… :-) Definitely Switch. Purely for the visuals of first time sub!Sherlock and boots… (… and I got lost in my head again…) :-)

There are so many fics that I’d looooove to see movies of: emmagrant01's A Cure for Boredom, pennypaperbrain's Four Corners (filmed by Sam Mendes), splix's Method Act, wearitcounts' Permutations series, thisprettywren's Spectrum series (filmed by Christopher Nolan)… My god so many good movies! Still trying to figure out which directors to match them with…
