After the loss of the mansion owner, Mr. Chilly is out of a job as a servant and develops a head cold in the freezing winter with no nourishment and warmth in his newfound broken home. Dr. Make-You-Well assigned the poor soul in the care of Mr. Happy, who is there to help take care of him with lots of nourishment and plenty of warmth. A few days, Mr. Chilly is cured of his head cold, but now Mr. Happy is caught down with something. The story ends where Mr. Chilly, in return, vows to take care of Mr. Happy until he is all better. Imagine that in the 2008 animated series, The Mr. Men Show, he is voiced by Alan Young in the US dub (using his Scaredy Smurf voice from The Smurfs, if he's still alive). The voice actor in the UK dub is still pending... Mr. Men and Little Miss is owned by Roger Hargreaves and THOIP (A Sanrio company). Mr. Chilly is owned by Grisham Animation Studios
