Pocket Watch, c. 1758, Thomas Mudge of London. Full plate fusee, cylinder escapement, 3-arm steel balance, pierced and engraved cock with solid foot and diamond endstone, Tompion regulator, square baluster pillars, set-up regulator between barrel and pillar plate, pierced fusee stop support, signed dust cover, white enamel Roman hour dial with Arabic minutes at 5 minute intervals, beetle and poker hands, silver pair cases with London hallmark for 1758, maker's mark T.C.
