Thomas Patterson had accused the Democrats in the Senate of violating the constitution by binding themselves in caucus to oppose the Santo Domingan treaty.

I need the first chapter of We The People 9th Edition by Thomas Patterson for school.  I have ordered the book but it won't be here till after the first assignment is due.  Can anyone send me, perhaps, a PDF of the first chapter?  I would so much appreciate it! :D Thank you!!
