gente isto aqui é tumblr de gifs para editar, mas como edita? eu salvo o gif mas ele depois aparece como foto... :(

então amor, você tem que salvar como *save for web & devices* se não ele fica salvo como foto. É só fazer o gif certinho e a depois na hora de salvar ir em: File>Save for web & devices não sei te dizer como ta escrito em português porque meu ps é em inglês, mas deve ser algo parecido xthay
