I am not a gymnast... ...but I think certain movements like the #ThoracicBridge tell you a lot about your global flexibility and mobility. This is only my 2nd week of training the bridge. I'm pleasantly surprised with how it looks and feels even though there is plenty of progress to be made. Just goes to show that if you work on having healthy muscles and joints (TSR principles), more complex movements become easier to dive into. #GotROM? #TSR System
