bambi was confused. from the disorienting sound to the bright flash of light her senses were overwhelmed. she whimpered softly as she walked out of her cell, only to shift back in as people began to run passed her. the chaos that ensued after was much worse. she tucked herself back in the corner of her cell. 

after a few minutes she took a step out of the cell. trying to find someone to explain to her what was going on. the panic was clear on her face, scared that she might get in trouble for leaving the cell.

Brandon seemed to always be amused at something or someone. The two slaves that were cocky enough to pick a fight with him were no different. Did they really think that because they had some of their powers back, they could take him on? He obliged. Hell, he even pulled his punches because he didn’t want to dispose of them too easily. He hadn’t had a fight in a while. He didn’t even use his powers, just pure fists. It didn’t take long before the both of them were down on the ground.

Brandon gave a satisfied sigh as he gazed down at their broken bodies. He straightened his shirt and began to walk away, only to hear the shuffling of feet behind him. One of the slaves had gotten back up and was charging full on, fangs bared - a vampire, apparently. Brandon caught him by the neck, and a simple squeeze made his fingers cut through the vampire’s throat. Brandon dropped him as blood flowed from the his neck.

He gazed back and saw someone at the doorway. He took his handkerchief from his pocket and wiped the blood from his hands. “I don’t think you want to be here.”

With everyone running around, Emerson wanted to brave the chaos for a few moments of freedom. While she wasn’t silly enough to think that she would escape the city, all the slaves were a distraction. It was a good cover and she even managed to get past a few guards who were scouting the area. Most slaves were running and fighting for freedom and whilst the succubus knew she should, Emerson was still waiting for someone to return for her so she couldn’t run. 

Stopping by one of the vandalised stores, she stripped off the clothes the chateau had given her for a form fitting dress. As she looked herself over in the mirror, she saw a pair of eyes watching her, making her turn quickly. “It’s not what it looks like,” Emerson said quickly, subtly trying to push away the discarded clothes. “I’m not trying to run away.”

The second she’d heart of another outbreak from the prison, Rajani had went straight to Eclipse to lock the bar up tight. She would not have her bar vandalized again like it had been the last time. Though as she secured the chains and lock on the doors and began walking back towards the city centre, the werewolf could feel the imbalance in the air, notice how her fangs were coming out and her hands were slowly turning to claws. Feeling someone grab her from behind, the shewolf acted on instinct alone, turning and closing a hand around the persons neck, her eyes flashing yellow. “What the hell do you think you’re doing, huh?”

Violet was sitting her cell when she heard the commotion. Already slaves had been hit with brands half working. She knew it was only a matter of time before more happened. Eyes blazing with the color of the hound, ears out, tail flicking, and teeth sharps she growled. “I suggest you open that door.” Standing her fingers had little flames on the tips. Unfortunatly with the brand only half working she didn’t have full fire ability. Still, it was better than nothing. When the cell door opened she nodded to the stranger and took off. Many were running from cells, outside it seemed to be similar. Magic was loose. 

Old magic was in the air. Something very old. Cracking her neck she began wandering the streets. She wasn’t going to fight much. Not yet anyways. Getting into a store she stole a few packs of cigs and some snacks. Figured if she ran into the little fox she could keep the girl around. Gives them both an alibi if something should go wrong. She walked her ass right over to the perfect spot. High enough to see, but low enough to take off if needed. Her tail flicked and growls rumbled as the smoke began to form and her lips sealed around the butt to inhale. “What a sight. Sucks brands aren’t fully dead, but you bet your ass the magic around here will change after today.”

“Oh my oh my, what a mess this is.” Slaves were running rampant around the city and guards chasing after them in attempt to place them into holding once more. It was bad enough he couldn’t get a meal without chasing it down - now he couldn’t even leave the city until this ‘situation’ was dealt with. “What a pain.” Aspen groaned as he left his house and wandered out onto the streets, if he was going to be confined to Thorn Haven he might as well try to have some fun. Surely the guards needed help? 

Wandering for only ten minutes he found himself right in the middle of a cat and mouse chase. A slave was giving an already exhausted guard a run for his money, the poor man looked as though he’d collapse at any moment leaving the slave to gain distance. A smirk spread across the vampires face as he used his inhuman like speed to his advantage. Within seconds he’d managed to catch up to the slave, grabbing their wrist and tugging them back against him. “Caught ya!”

The last thing Declan really remembered from last night was curling up on the couch and passing out from exhaustion and comfort. When he woke up, he was being pushed and shoved back towards the cells to get dressed in a very revealing outfit. And while Declan was comfortable with most people seeing him in it, there was the select few (mostly his brother) he was anxious of seeing him in such a revealing uniform. Luckily, he heard footsteps that sounded a little familiar, but not really, but the face was all too recognizable. Seeing the older vampire, he couldn’t stop himself from smiling and laughing, knowing how stupid he looked right now. ‘How weird, yet nice, is this, huh? Bet you weren’t expecting this when you came down here, were you?’ He mouthed teasingly as he held onto the bars of the cell, just waiting in anticipation to be let free

Event: Wolf Fight

When Chance heard what happened he rushed to the chateau. Slaves were running everywhere. Some trying to use abilities, but ti looked like it was only half working. So their strength was probably back, but it could depend on the person. His eyes scanned the faces, checked the scents. And soon he was shoving others aside until he found her. “Kora!” He yelled reaching out to grab her. “Come on. You’re coming back with me. You shouldn’t be in this mess.” It was a little demanding, but he was trying to keep her safe.
