You act out on purpose, when you want it. He’s never ever going to just do it out of the blue, but he can tell when you’re being purposefully bratty or difficult. 

It’s usually when he’s super wound up from work. When he comes home and kicks the door closed, one big broad man filled with nothing but aggression and tension. 

It’s not the only way you help him relieve the tension, but it certainly is one of the more satisfying ways. 

It takes a tiny bit of coaxing but then he’s pulling you to the bed or couch, whichever is closer, and bending you straight over his lap, shoving your clothes away. 

He makes you count them, hits harder each time, doesn’t hit the same spot twice. 

Sometimes if you’re being extra bratty he’ll cuff your hands so you can’t even brace yourself as he leaves red marks on your ass and thighs. 

He only ever uses his hands though, never anything that could do more damage. No belts, nothing like that. 

He’s transfixed by the way your flesh moves, how it ripples and shakes under his palm. 

When it’s over, when you’re satisfied and he’s gotten all his aggression out, he’s nothing but sweet words, kind and caring, asking you if he hurt you too badly, asking what he can do for you. 

He’ll rub you down with soothing lotion, cradle you into his arms, kiss you deeply.

He kisses you until both of your breathings have evened out. 

And then he kisses you some more.
